BETTER THAN SEX CAKE VI


1 (18 1/2 oz.) box butter flavor cake mix
1 pkg. (4 serving size)
instant French vanilla pudding mix
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. butter, softened
4 eggs
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2 oz. sweet baking chocolate,
coarsely grated cup chopped pecans

Mix cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, milk,
oil, butter and eggs into a large mixing bowl.
Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
Stir in chocolate chips, grated chocolate and nuts.
Pour batter into greased and floured
10" tube pan or Bundt pan.
Bake at 350F for 1 hour or
until pick inserted comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 25 minutes.
Frost when cool.

FROSTING:
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
1 1/3 c. sweetened flaked coconut

Beat cream cheese in mixer bowl
until light and fluffy.
Slowly beat in sugar and vanilla.
Stir in nuts and coconut.
