Mix together:
2 Lbs. ricotta cheese
(do not use low fat)
4 eggs
Heaping 1/3 cup of sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix these together with an electric mixer.
Pour this mixture over the cake batter.
Bake 350F for 1 hour. Let cool.

Icing:
1 c. milk
1 (3 oz. pkg.) instant chocolate pudding

Mix together with an electric mixer
Add 1/2 tub of a large container of cool whip.
Spread over cooled cake and refrigerate.
