Almond-Coffee Delight
My recipe published in Southern Living




1/4 c. Amaretto
1/4 c. Kahlua or other coffee-flavored liqueur
1 1/2 c. vanilla ice cream
5-7 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender;
process until frothy. Serve immediately.
Yield: 2 1/4 c.
