Annie's Hamburger Casserole


4 all purpose potatoes, quartered
2 stalks celery, thickly sliced
2 carrots, sliced
1 med-size onion, coarsely chopped
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed tomato soup

Heat oven to 350F. Grease 2-qt. casserole.
In casserole, combine potatoes, celery,
carrots and onion.
Crumble ground beef over vegetables.
Pour soup over ground beef and
vegetable mixture. Bake, uncovered,
2 hours or until meat is browned.
