Apple Dump Cake


1/2 c. margarine, melted,
PLUS enough to heavily grease pan
1 (21 oz) can apple pie filling
1 (6 oz) can coconut
1 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 (18.25 oz) pkg. yellow cake mix
1 c. walnuts
1 (6 oz) jar currant preserves (NOT jelly)
1/2 c. caramel ice cream topping

Heavily grease a 9x13" pan with margarine.
Spread pie filling in bottom of pan.
Sprinkle with coconut.
Next, evenly spread with applesauce then cake mix.

Sprinkle nuts over evenly. Drizzle with
1/2 c. melted margarine and top with preserves.
Drizzle caramel topping over all.
Bake at 350F until bubbly and golden brown, 45 min.
