Apple Pie Bread--ABM


1 1/2 tsp. EACH: active dry yeast,
salt, ground cinnamon
pinch nutmeg
5 tbs. white sugar
3 tbs. powdered buttermilk
1 1/2 tbs. butter
3/4 c. apple pie filling
(cut apples up a bit, and add at beep)
1/2 c. plus 1 tbs. apple juice
3 1/4 c. plus 2 tbs. bread flour

Place all ingredients in ABM
in order suggested by manufacture.

HINT: Do on dough cycle and bake in oven.
Then make a thick glaze of powdered sugar and
water and glaze the bottom and top of the bread
when it comes out of oven.
