Apricot Balsamic Sauce


12-ounce jar apricot preserves (1 cup)
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon grated orange peel

In medium bowl, stir together apricot preserves,
balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and 1/4 teaspoon grated orange peel.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
