1 10-oz. pkg. frozen asparagus, cut into 1" pieces
2-3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
4 c. regular strength chicken broth

Combine asparagus and broth in saucepan, bring to boil,
and simmer gently 10 minutes. Add salt to taste.
Cut cream cheese into 1/2" cubes and place in each soup bowl.
Pour hot asparagus and broth over cream cheese and serve.
