Avocado Mousse


1 tbs. unflavored gelatin
2 tbs. cold water
1 (3 oz) pkg. lime gelatin
2 c. hot water
1 c. mashed avocado
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped

Dissolve unflavored gelatin in cold water.
Dissolve lime gelatin in hot water.
Mix gelatins together and chill until slightly thickened.
Fold in avocado, mayonnaise and whipped cream.
Spoon into 4-cup mold and chill.
Serves 6-8.
