Bagel Chips

3 bagels
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. garlic salt
Preheat oven to 250F. Slice bagels into very thin 1/4" slices.
With a pastry brush, lightly coat both sides of the slices with vegetable oil.
On a baking sheet, arrange slices; sprinkle with garlic salt.
Bake for 20 min., turn once, and bake until both sides are crisp,
about 10 min. more. Makes 16 oz.
