Baked Buttery Potato Slices

In 12x8 baking dish, melt 1/2 c. butter in oven. Slice 6 medium potatoes 1/8" thick and arrange in melted butter; sprinkle with 1 tsp. salt and dash of pepper. Bake at 350°, 40-45 min. until potatoes are fork-tender. Serves 6.
