Baked Rice Custard


1 c. cooked rice
1-1/2 c. rich milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins

Mix the ingredients well together.
Pour in buttered custard cups & place in a pan of hot water.
Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Serves 8.
