1 lb. stew beef
2 tbs. flour
salt and pepper
1 tbs. sugar
1 c. tomato juice (V-8 or canned tomatoes)
1 pkg. frozen stew vegetables
Dredge meat with salt and pepper mixed in flour.
Mix with vegetables and place in baking dish;
sprinkle sugar over top. Pour on tomato juice;
cover and bake 4 hours at 250F.
