Banana Peach Pudding

1 tbs. sugar
1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. orange juice
1 c. sliced peaches
1 ripe banana, sliced
2 tbs. lemon juice
In small saucepan, combine sugar
and gelatin; add water and cook until gelatin
is completely dissolved. Remove from heat,
stir in orange juice; set aside.
Meanwhile, in blender or food processor,
puree' peaches and banana with lemon juice.
Stir fruits into gelatin mixture.
Pour into dessert bowl or spoon into
4 individual dessert dishes.
Chill until set, about 4 hours.
Makes 4 servings.
