Banana Fudge Brownies


1 c. cream cheese
2 c. granulated sugar
4 eggs, beaten
3 bananas, very ripe, mashed
3/4 c. cocoa
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9x13 pan.
Cream together the cream cheese and sugar,
then add eggs one at a time and mix until well blended.
Mix in bananas. Sift dry ingredients together
and add to creamed mixture, and stir just until moist.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour into prepared pan and bake 45 minutes,
until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool at least 15 minutes before slicing.
