2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tbs. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, unbeaten
2 c. buttermilk
2 tbs. vegetable oil
2 bananas, mashed
1/4 c. pecans, chopped
Sift together dry ingredients.
Add eggs, one at a time, then buttermilk and oil.
Stir until just mixed. Stir in bananas and pecans.
Fry until dry around edges.
