Bananas Foster French Toast

2 large eggs 1 c. heavy cream 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract 1/3 c. sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon 6 slices sourdough bread 4 tbs. butter, divided 4 tsp. vegetable oil, divided 4 ripe bananas (medium), sliced ¼" thick 1/4 c. water 1 tbs. powdered sugar Combine eggs, cream, and vanilla in large, shallow bowl. Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon in another medium bowl. Dip bread in egg mixture and sprinkle both sides with 1 Tablespoon of cinnamon-sugar. Reserve the rest.
Melt 1 tbs. butter with 2 tsp. oil in large skillet.
Add remaining butter to skillet and toss
