Beef in Wine Sauce


4 lb. cubed beef
2 (10 3/4 oz) cans golden mushroom soup
1 pkg. onion soup mix
3/4 c. sherry
1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen carrots

Mix soups and sherry; add beef.
Place in casserole and bake
for 45 min. at 350F.
Uncover and add carrots.
Bake, covered, 45 min. longer at 325F.
Serve with noodles or rice.
