Beer Muffins


1 c. buttermilk baking mix
1 tsp. sugar
dash of salt
6 tbs. beer (at room temperature)

Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
Spoon into greased muffin tins.
Bake at 450° about 10 min.
Yield: about 4.
