Beer Rolls

1 tbs. sugar
3 c. buttermilk baking mix
1 (12-oz) can beer, room temperature
Preheat oven to 400F.
Grease a muffin tin and set aside.
In a bowl, mix sugar, beer and baking mix.
Spoon into prepared muffin tin.
Bake in preheated oven, 12-15 min.
Makes 12 rolls.
