Betty Mallory's Chicken Casserole


Large package of chicken breasts (6-7 pieces), deboned and skinned
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can cream of celery sour
1 small container of sour cream
Small package of cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese
2 c. crushed Cheez-it crackers
1 stick butter, melted

Mix soups and sour cream. Add cheddar cheese.
Add cut up chicken.
Pour into buttered casserole dish.
Sprinkle well with Parmesan cheese.
Cover with crackers.
Pour butter over casserole.
Bake uncovered for 30 min. at 350°.
