Breakfast Waffle Club Sandwich

3/4 cup honey 1/4 cup apple juice 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 2 crisp red apples, cored and sliced 8 frozen waffles, toasted 8 thin slices ham
To make the syrup, place 1/2 cup of the honey
Melt butter with remaining honey in a large, nonstick skillet
For each serving, place two waffles on a plate, slightly overlapping.
