Blueberry Sugar Cakes


1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
3/4 c. blueberries

Preheat oven to 400°
Put margarine, sugar and salt into a large bowl;
work with wooden spoon until blended.
Stir in eggs.
Sift flour and baking powder;
add to mix.
Add milk gradually.
Beat for 60 strokes until dough is smooth and shiney.
Carefuly fold in blueberries.
Spoon into well-greased muffin pans.
Bake 15-20 min. or until pick comes out clean.
Yields: 12-18.
