Blueberry Breakfast Bread

Bread: 1 (1 lb.) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. granulated sugar, divided 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla extract 2 c. fresh OR frozen blueberries 1 c. flour 1/2 c. butter

On a lightly floured surface, roll thawed dough out to fit
In a small bowl, stir flour with remaining granulated sugar.
Glaze:
In a bowl, mix conf. sugar, milk and vanilla.
