Bouquet Garni


1 8" x 8" square of cheese cloth
1 TB. dried Dill Weed
1 TB. Celery Seed
1 TB. dried Parsley
1/2 TSP. each, dried Basil, Tarragon, Thyme

Place herbs in center of cheesecloth.
Form a small bag by bringing cheesecloth
tightly up and around herbs.
Tie with white string or heavy thread.
Cut off excess cheesecloth.
