1 lb. cranberries
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. bourbon or brandy
Wash cranberries and place in a
flat baking dish. Sprinkle with sugar.
Cover with foil; bake at 350F for 30 min.
Remove from oven and sprinkle
with bourbon or brandy. Stir gently.
Place in jars and store in refrigerator.
Use as you would cranberry jelly.
Yield: 2 pints.
