Brandy Burgers


1 lb. hamburger
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 tbs. brandy
1/4 c. finely diced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix well all ingredients and form into 4 patties.
Broil or fry to desired doneness.
Serve on toasted buns. Serves 4.
