2 c. freshly brewed strong black tea
1/3 c. sugar
4 c. apple cider, heated
1 1/4 c. fresh orange juice
1/2 c. brandy
1 lemon, sliced
In a heatproof pitcher, stir together
the tea, the sugar, the cider, the orange juice,
the brandy, and the lemon slices,
stirring until the sugar is dissolved,
and serve the tea immediately.
Makes 4 cups.
