Breakfast Puffs

1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1/2-1 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. water 1/4 c. cooking oil
1 egg 3 tbs. butter, melted
1/3 c. sugar 1 tbs. cinnamon
Line 18 muffin cups with paper liners or
generously grease and lightly flour bottom
and sides of cups. In large mixing bowl,
combine dry cake mix, nutmeg, water, oil
and egg; mix well.
Spoon into prepared muffin cups,
filling 2/3 full. Bake 350°, 25-30 min., until
toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
In small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
Dip warm tops into melted butter,
then into cinnamon-sugar mixture.
