Broccoli Polonaise


2 pkg (10 oz ea.) frozen broccoli
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. packaged bread crumbs
2 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
2 tbs. chopped parsley

Cook broccoli according to package directions.
Drain. Arrange on serving dish.
Heat butter or margarine in small skillet.
Add bread crumbs; cook until lightly browned.
Sprinkle broccoli with eggs and parsley;
top with bread crumbs.
Makes 6 servings.
