Broccoli, Pasta and Parmesan

3 tbs. olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 c. EACH: cooked broccoli pieces,
drained; cooked fettuccine
or other pasta
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
salt AND pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a large frying pan;
add garlic and saute' until golden brown.
Remove and discard.
Add broccoli to pan, shaking and
stirring until heated through, 5-10 min.
Add pasta and stir until heated through.
Turn onto a platter and sprinkle
with Parmesan cheese and
salt and pepper to taste.
Makes 4-6 servings.
