Buttermilk Bread-ABM


1 c. plus 2 tbs. buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbs. honey
3 tbs. butter, softened
3 1/4 c. bread flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast or 2 tsp. bread machine yeast.

Do not use delayed bake feature.
1 1/2 lb. loaf.

This recipe came with my Betty Crocker ABM and it's my favorite.
