3 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 6 eggs 1 c. buttermilk
2 sticks margarine, melted 2 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. butter extract
2 9" pastry shells
Blend and whip sugar, flour, salt and eggs. Add and blend remaining ingredients
and pour into 2 pie shells.
Bake at 350° for 40-60 min. until custard is firm.
