Buttery Lemon Sauce
1 c. butter, melted
6 tbs. lemon juice
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
1 tbs. grated lemon peel
1 tbs. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. granulated sugar
In medium bowl, combine ingredients.
Use to baste fish during grilling.
