Cafe Brulot Cocktail


1 jigger brandy
3 jiggers hot coffee
Lemon slice
Powdered sugar

Heat brandy in butter-melting pan.
Sweeten coffee to taste if desired.
Run lemon slice around rim of heavy
Old Fashioned glass;
dip in powdered sugar.
Pour steaming coffee into glass and
float brandy on top.
Ignite and serve flaming.
