Café au Lait Squares

1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, divided 1 c. quick-cooking oats, uncooked 1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed 1/3 c. butter, melted 1 tbs. instant coffee granules 1/4 tsp. salt 1/3 c. butter 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate (2 squares) 2 large eggs 1 c. sugar 2 tbs. coffee liqueur or cold brewed coffee 3/4 c. walnuts, toasted & chopped chocolate covered coffee beans coffee frosting
Combine 1/2 c. flour, oats, and next 4 ingredients;
Combine 1/3 c. butter and chocolate in a small saucepan.
Beat eggs at medium speed with an electric mixer
Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack.
