3 packages yeast
2 cups warm water
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
7 cups flour
1/2 cup dry milk
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Place yeast and water in mixer bowl and add sugar.
Let set until dissolved.
Add flour, dry milk and salt, and beat well.
Shape dough into rolls and place
on greased baking sheet.
Let rise until doubled.
Bake 12-15 minutes at 425F.
Brush with softened butter while rolls are warm.
Makes 2 dozen.
