Cameo Shrimp


36 lg. raw shrimp, shelled
and cleaned (3 lb)
3 tsp. fresh garlic, chopped
3/4 c. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. EACH: oregano,
pepper, salt
3/4 c. white wine
9 c. tomato sauce
hot buttered linguine or
very thin spaghetti

Heat oil in pan. Saute' shrimp with garlic,
onion, oregano, salt and pepper until
shrimp are red and onions brown.
Then add wine and tomato sauce and
Cook for five minutes. Serve over hot
buttered linguine or spaghetti.
Serves 6.
