2 beaten eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. chpd dates
1 c. coconut
1 c. chpd walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond extract
Mix together all ingredients and stir well.
Place in buttered casserole and
bake 25-30 min, in 350° oven,
stirring occasionally while baking.
Remove from oven and cool.
Stir again.
When cool enough to handle,
form into balls and roll in granulated sugar.
Flatten with a fork and trim
with red or green cherry half.
