Champagne Melon Soup


1/8 of lg. watermelon, chopped
1 cantaloupe, chopped
juice of 1/2 lime
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 c. orange juice
1 1/2 tbs. honey
2 c. champagne

Chill bowls several hours before serving.
Reserve a cup of watermelon and
a cup of cantaloupe for garnish.
Combine all ingredients,
except champagne and place in blender.
Blend until pureed.
Pour 1/4 c. of champagne in each chilled bowl;
add pureed mixture and top with
watermelon and cantaloupe.
Garnish with whipped cream.
Serves 8.
