Champion Roast Beef Sandwich


1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbs. dry onion soup mix
1 tbs. prepared horseradish, drained
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 slices rye or pumpernickel bread
1/2 lb. sliced roast beef
lettuce leaves

In a small bowl, combine the first four ingredients; mix well.
Spread 1 tbs. on each slice of bread. Top four slices with roast beef and lettuce,
covering with remaining bread. Yield: 4 servings.
