Auntie Charlotte's Chicken Shell Salad

4 c. uncooked macaroni shells
3 c. cooked chicken,
cut into bite sizes
1 c. diced celery
1 c. sliced radishes
1 small green peppers (diced)
1/4 c. minced onion
1/2 c. bottled blue cheese dressing
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. EACH: tarragon leaves,
salt, freshly ground pepper
Prepare macaroni shells as directed on box.
Combine shells (that have been rinsed
with cold water after taking out of collander).
Drain.
Combine shells with chicken, celery, radish,
green pepper and onion.
Blend blue cheese dressing, sour cream,
tarragon, salt and pepper.
Stir dressing into salad.
Cover and chill few hours.
6-8 servings.
