CHEESECAKE BROWNIES


Base:
1 (21.5 oz) pkg. Fudge Brownie mix
1/2 c. Land O' Lakes margarine, softened
1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
1 egg
Filling:
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. sugar
3 tbs. flour
1/4 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Heat oven to 325F. Grease bottom of 9x13" pan.
In a large bowl, combine all base ingredients;
beat until dough forms. Press lightly in greased pan.
In large bowl, combine cream cheese and
1/3 c. peanut butter; beat at low speed until smooth.
Add sugar, flour, sour cream, and vanilla;
mix until blended. Add eggs, one at a time,
beating just until blended. Pour over base.
Bake at 325F for 35-45 min. or
until center is set and edges are golden brown.
