Cheese Buttermilk Biscuits


2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda, add oil and milk and cheese,
stir well. Knead dough with some extra flour on a smooth surface,
roll out with rolling pin. Cut with a cookie cutter or top of a glass.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 425°
for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
