Chili-Cheese Snack

8 c. popped popcorn
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt OR to taste
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preheat broiler.
Spread popcorn in a jellyroll pan.
In a small bowl, stir together butter,
chili powder and salt.
Pour over popcorn; toss to coat.
Sprinkle cheese over popcorn;
broil until cheese melts, 2-3 min.
Toss to coat. Makes 12 (1/2 c.) servings.
