Cheese Crackers


1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 lb. butter
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cayenne

Grate cheese and allow to reach room temperature.
Cream cheese with butter (also room temperature).
Add dry ingredients which have been sifted together.
Roll on floured surface and cut into shapes.
Place on ungreased cookie heet and bake 12 min., 375°.
