Cheese Crisps 2


1/2 c. sharp cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sifted all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Grate cheese and cream with butter.
Add flour, salt and pepper.
Mix well. Stir in pecans.
With well floured hands, shape into balls
(1" diameter). Wrap in wax paper
and chill overnight. Slice into thin slices
and bake on ungreased cookie sheet
at 350F for 8-10 min. Cool.
