Cheesy Olive Appetizers
My recipe featured in Southern Living



1 cup (4 oz) shredded Swiss cheese
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 c. chopped pimiento-stuffed olives
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbs. chopped onion
20 slices party rye bread
Sliced pimiento-stuffed olives

Combine first 5 ingredients; mix well.
Spread about 1 tbs. cheese mixture
on each slice of bread.
Top each with an olive slice.
Broil 2 min. or until the cheese melts;
serve hot.
Yield: 20 appetizer servings.
