Cherry Orange Salad


1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
2 (17 oz) jars light or dark sweet cherries,
drained and pitted
1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 c. green grapes

Combine orange juice, eggs and sugar
in small saucepan. Cook over low heat,
stirring constantly, until thickened. Cool.

Fold whipped cream into orange juice mixture.
Add remaining ingredients, stirring gently
until coated. Chill 1 hour. Yield: 8-10 servings.
