Cherry Tomatoes with Rum

1 pint cherry tomatoes
3 tbs. butter or margarine, melted
3 tbs. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbs. rum

Wash tomatoes; drain on paper towels.
Combine butter and tomatoes in a
10x6x2inch baking dish;
stir gently.
Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well.
Spoon rum mixture over tomatoes;
Bake at 300°, 15-20 min.;
Serve warm.Yield: 4-6 servings.
